"Borrowed" Fire Hydrants Continue..

The Unincorporated LA County Areas of East Gardena, West Rancho Dominguez, Rosewood, East Compton continue to see fire hydrants being stolen. Apparently, vandals are recycling the hydrants. Should you see a missing hydrant, please contact Golden State Water at (800) 999 4033.

In addition, we continue to experience copper wire theft from the electric lines, street vaults & traffic lights. Abandoned or unmaintained property in our business corridor is bringing the unwanted elements & creating the opportunity for criminal activity.

Reporting these issues is simple by use TheWorks App. Once reported, you will receive a confirmation number. And when it is completed you'll receive a notification.
