Setbacks are the areas between the sidewalk and your building. Typically, this includes any area in front of your property that you maintain. One of our best ways to prevent encampments and/or encroachment onto your property is to file a “No Trespass Authorization” Form. You will want to ensure that “No Trespassing” Signs are posted.
